At Calyx, we offer calibration services for hydraulic, analog, and digital pressure and vacuum gauges ranging from -15 psi to 500 psi. We test these devices against a pressure/vacuum calibrator known to be more accurate than the device. Calibration adjustments on various models can be done electronically or physically, depending on the model.
It is recommended that pressure and vacuum devices be tested and calibrated every 12 months. However, many of our clients choose to have them tested every 6 months. Making sure these devices are calibrated and accurate is crucial for patient safety.
